Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a blender, combine the milk, water, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and blend until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the mixture.
  • Add the crumbled sausage, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, and parsley on top of the cheese.
  • Bake the quiche for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are set.
  • Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be easily customized to your liking. Feel free to add or substitute any of your favorite ingredients, such as diced ham, cooked bacon, or sliced mushrooms. You can also use a different type of cheese, such as mozzarella or Swiss, if you prefer.
