Fresh Tomato Salsa
This tasty fresh salsa recipe is great for parties or late night snacks and it's healthy.

- 1 Food Processor optional
Ingredients
- 5-7 Tomatoes
- ¼ cup Red Onion
- ⅓ cup Cilantro
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Hand chop 3-4 tomatoes, put the remaining tomatoes in a food processor with onion, cilantro, and jalapeno. Transfer these to a bowl5-7 Tomatoes, ⅓ cup Cilantro, 1 Jalapeno Pepper, ¼ cup Red Onion
- In a separate small bowl, mix salt, sugar, cumin, and chili powder. Add to salsa mixture¼ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Sugar, ¼ tsp Cumin, ¼ tsp Chili Powder
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well1 tsp Minced Garlic, 2 tbsp Lime Juice
