Mix together tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour in dish.
8 oz Can Tomato Sauce, 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Basil, ⅛ Salt and Pepper
Melt butter in pot, add flour, milk, and nutmeg. Heat until it thickens. Pour into tomato sauce mixture and swirl together.

Thinly slice all vegetables and then layer together with sliced sausage.
