Ratatouille
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Squash
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Small Potatoes
- 2 Small Roma Tomatoes
- 1 Smoked Sausage
- 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Basil
- ⅛ Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix together tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour in dish.8 oz Can Tomato Sauce, 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Basil, ⅛ Salt and Pepper
- Melt butter in pot, add flour, milk, and nutmeg. Heat until it thickens. Pour into tomato sauce mixture and swirl together.1 tbsp Butter, 1 tbsp Flour, 1 cup Milk, ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
- Thinly slice all vegetables and then layer together with sliced sausage.1 Yellow Squash, 1 Zucchini, 2 Small Potatoes, 2 Small Roma Tomatoes, 1 Smoked Sausage
- Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.⅛ Salt and Pepper
- Bake at 375° for 50 mins
