Ingredients
  

  • 1 Yellow Squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Small Potatoes
  • 2 Small Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Smoked Sausage
  • 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • tsp Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Mix together tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour in dish.
    8 oz Can Tomato Sauce, 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Basil, ⅛ Salt and Pepper
  • Melt butter in pot, add flour, milk, and nutmeg. Heat until it thickens. Pour into tomato sauce mixture and swirl together.
    1 tbsp Butter, 1 tbsp Flour, 1 cup Milk, ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
  • Thinly slice all vegetables and then layer together with sliced sausage.
    1 Yellow Squash, 1 Zucchini, 2 Small Potatoes, 2 Small Roma Tomatoes, 1 Smoked Sausage
  • Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
    ⅛ Salt and Pepper
  • Bake at 375° for 50 mins
